1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all conditions relating to the use of Check-san ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to all of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a free web tool that displays technical information about your internet connection (IP address, HTTP request headers, browser information, hardware information, etc.) in real time. All displayed information is provided for reference purposes only, and we make no guarantees regarding its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness. AI-generated analysis results are automatically generated and do not constitute professional advice.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The operator makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, freedom from errors, or uninterrupted operation. Any decisions or actions taken based on information or results obtained through the Service are entirely at the user's own risk. The operator does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Service will be uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability
